Lesley Vickerage is an actress, coach, and trainer/facilitator. She has worked consistently in television and theatre for over 20 years and more recently she could be found tap dancing in the West End!
Alongside her acting career, she taught, directed, and mentored young actors for over twelve years. More recently she acquired a degree in Psychology and a PGDip in Coaching Psychology. She has also worked as a Parent Helpline Advisor for the mental health charity Young Minds and has delivered Confidence-Building and Interview Skills workshops for young people.
Bringing these diverse strands together, Lesley’s relaxed and empathetic approach continues into the training room. Through her extensive experience of the rehearsal process, she believes that providing a safe environment is paramount for creativity and learning. She brings her sense of humour and fun to each course she delivers, focusing on Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, and Assertiveness.
Away from Impact Factory, she has designed and delivered Customer Service Training programmes and has delivered Presentation Skills, Coaching and Mentoring and People Management Skills for a diverse range of clients. As both a coach and a trainer, she believes that raising self-awareness and building emotional intelligence is the key to an enriched and successful life.
She is a mother, lives by the sea, and is a proud member of ERA 50:50 – a campaign working towards gender equality in Theatre, Film, and Television.
