Outside of work, Kaisa starts her day with yoga and loves taking her dog, Lemmy out for walks in the woods. After hours, she loves her 80’s rock and going out to gigs.
Kaisa was born in Finland but has been living in the United Kingdom since 2007. With over 15 years of experience in the media industry (NBCUniversal, UKTV and Channel 4), Kaisa has led marketing strategies across the world.
Her personal passion around learning and development led her to Impact Factory after having enjoyed several training sessions as a delegate. One of her key values is growth, which aligns perfectly in her role as the new Business Development Account Manager.
