2:00 – 3:00 PM BST
Mental Health Awareness Week is also 15-21 May this year and the official theme, as set by the Mental Health Foundation, is anxiety.
Already at an all-time high, the stresses of the pandemic accelerated cases of anxiety. In a recent mental health survey by the Mental Health Foundation, 25% of adults said they felt so anxious, it stopped them from doing the things they wanted to do, some or all of the time.
Although a normal emotion, anxiety can often escalate and become a mental health problem.
On a positive note, anxiety can be made easier to manage.
Please join us in a safe space where two of our senior training consultants will increase the awareness and understanding of anxiety by providing techniques and tools individuals can use to help prevent it from becoming a problem.
We’ll look at:
- Dealing with anxiety and uncertainty
- How to reinvigorate performance and tackle burnout through high-performance routines
- Supporting team members who are experiencing anxiety and other mental health conditions
Hosted by:
