Do you often feel that people readily undermine or dismiss your views, or as though you fail to get your opinions heard? Maybe you lack the confidence to speak up or have a habit of handling situations aggressively.
At the time, you might have felt unable to do anything about it, but by learning how to be more assertive, you can stand up for yourself and become a strong and confident communicator.
Assertiveness is a communication skill, and displaying assertiveness is essential to working with others.

With assertive behaviour, you can find win-win solutions in conflicts- if the other person is also willing to have a discussion.
