Attended an excellent influencing skills course hosted by the Impact Factory Training and Development team, Tom and Bill delivered the content brilliantly and really opened my eyes to many different elements when it comes to influencing, not just in a work environment but also as a parent. They utilised their own technology skills to make it feel like you weren’t just sat down in front of a screen for several hours and kept the whole day really informative.
