I can honestly say that this is one of the most engaging courses I’ve been on. I found the content and the delivery fantastic. I was admittedly reluctant to spend two days on Zoom trying to learn something new. In the end, I found that this wasn’t a blocker in the slightest and I felt like I was engaged throughout. Thank you, Katie, for a brilliant course!

I can honestly say that this is one of the most engaging courses I’ve been on. The content and the delivery were fantastic, and I’ve taken so much from it. Coming from an L&D background myself, I have a pretty firm grasp of learning styles/preferences etc and was admittedly reluctant to spend two days on Zoom trying to learn something new. In the end, I found that this wasn’t a blocker in the slightest and I felt like I was engaged throughout. Thank you, Katie, for a brilliant course and I’m looking forward to attending an Impact Factory course again in the future.
This was an engaging and very enlightening experience. I like to think of myself as creative, and this course challenged me in the best possible ways. It was fully remote, and Katie did an incredible job of keeping everyone engaged and interactive.
I left the course with a new approach to problem-solving and naturally feeling more confident working in new and more inventive ways. I also left with the beginnings of a strategic plan for an upcoming project which I am looking forward to sharing with my seniors when more developed.
