Large Group Training

Large groups are an important part of Impact Factory’s offering.  From 20-200 or more, everyone gets an immersive experience, working with our highly skilled trainers.  Our large group work is not ‘talk ‘n’ chalk’ (or PowerPoint) driven; rather it is engaging and fun while being relevant and practical.

There are many advantages for using Impact Factory if you have large groups:

Any of our soft-skills topics is adaptable for a large group and it’s as interactive as our small group work

              There can be (and usually is) a team-building element

              It’s a terrific use of time as part of a larger event

              It’s a cost-effective way for lots of people to get hands-on training

How we work with large groups:

We can include a Forum Theatre element which is hugely effective way of looking at your company’s issues

We can have one large group all working together

We can start in a plenary and break-out into smaller groups, returning to the plenary at appropriate times

We can start in a plenary and have small groups working in the same large room

We can run a full day (or two or more!), a half-day or even 90 minute sessions depending on your needs and what you’d like to accomplish.
